On June 2, the weather forecast for the Northern Delta and midland areas of the North and North Central regions is that there will be severe heat, some places will be especially harsh with the highest temperature commonly 37-39 degrees Celsius, some places will be over 40 degrees Celsius; the lowest relatively humidity is commonly 40-45%.

Other places in the North, Central and South Central regions will have hot weather, some places will have severe heat with the highest temperature commonly 35-37 degrees Celsius, some places will be over 38 degrees Celsius; the lowest relatively humidity is commonly 45-50%.

On June 3, the weather forecast for the Central and South Central regions is hot, some places are very hot with the highest temperature commonly 35-37 degrees Celsius, some places are over 38 degrees Celsius; the North Central region has local heat with the highest temperature in some places over 35 degrees Celsius. The lowest relatively humidity is commonly 50-55%.

The actual outdoor temperature may be 2-4 degrees Celsius or even higher in areas with high concrete and asphalt roads

The meteorological agency forecasts that the widespread heat in the Central region will last for many days to come.

From the evening of June 3, the North is forecast to receive thunderstorms to cool down. It is expected that on June 4-5, the intensity of the heat will decrease slightly.

Due to prolonged heat and low humidity, the demand for electricity has increased. There may be fires in residential areas and forest fires.

People and tourists need to proactively prepare measures to combat the risk of dehydration, exhaustion and stroke due to heat stroke when exposed for a long time outdoors.

Tourists in the Northern and Central provinces should pay attention to protecting their health from the heat, supplement enough water and limit traveling outdoors at noon.
