Typhoon No. 14 Fung-wong will change direction from the Northwest to the Northwest, North Northeast and towards the next landfall in Taiwan (China).

According to the latest storm news from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 10:00 a.m. on November 10, the center of storm No. 14 Fung-wong was at about 17.2 degrees North latitude; 118.9 degrees East longitude, in the eastern sea area of the North East Sea.

The strongest wind near the storm center is level 13 (134-149 km/h), gusting to level 16. The storm is moving west-northwest at a speed of about 15 km/h.

In the next 24-72 hours, the storm will continue to develop complexly. By 10:00 on November 11, the storm is forecast to move north-northeast at a speed of 10-15 km/h.

The center of the storm at that time was at about 19.7 degrees North latitude; 117.9 degrees East longitude, in the eastern sea of the North East Sea.

Maintain intensity level 13, gust level 16. The danger zone is located between latitudes 15.00-21.50 degrees North and 116.00 degrees East.

The northeastern sea area of the East Sea is warned of a level 3 natural disaster risk.

At 10:00 on November 12, storm No. 14 changed direction to the North Northeast at a speed of 10-15 km/h. The center of the storm is at about 22.1 degrees North latitude; 119.2 degrees East longitude, in the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea. The intensity has decreased to level 12, gust level 15.

The danger zone will expand to the North of latitude 18.00 degrees North latitude and to the East of longitude 116.00 degrees East longitude. The natural disaster risk warning level continues to be maintained at level 3 for the northeastern sea of the East Sea.

At 10:00 on November 13, the storm continued to move northeast at a speed of about 20 km/h and weakened rapidly. The center of the storm is located at about 25.2 degrees North latitude; 123.1 degrees East longitude, in the northeastern sea of Taiwan (China).

The intensity decreased to level 7, gust level 9. The danger zone is limited to the north of the latitude of 20.50 degrees North latitude and the east of the longitude of 116.50 degrees East longitude. The natural disaster risk level remains at level 3 for the northeastern sea area of the East Sea.

Regarding the impact, there are strong winds and large waves at sea. The eastern sea area of the North East Sea will have strong winds of level 8-10; the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 11-13, gusting to level 16. Waves are 5.0 right to right, with the center of the storm alone being 8.0-10.0 m high, with rough seas.
