Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) announced that cherry blossoms bloom earliest in the warm South. As it gradually rises to the North, the time the flowers begin to bloom will be a few days later than in the South.
To see cherry blossoms in Korea, tourists should pay attention to early blooming locations such as Jeju Island and Busan (around March 25), followed by Gangeung (April 1) and Seoul (April 3).
In Seoul, the most brilliant flower season will begin from the beginning of April.
