The 80th National Achievements Exhibition is taking place at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) in Dong Anh commune, Hanoi, open to visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day from August 28 to September 15 (according to Official Dispatch No. 155/2025 of the Prime Minister).
The exhibition space of the exhibition "80 years of independence - freedom - Happiness" is very spacious with hundreds of activities taking place at the same time, making it difficult for many visitors to visit.
The exhibition welcomed more than 1.18 million visitors in just the first 3 days (28, 29, 30 August).

How to get to the exhibition
There are currently 20 public bus routes connecting Hanoi's inner city and suburbs to VEC: 02TC, 15TC, 23TC, 24TC, 31TC1, 31TC2, 32TC1, 32TC2, 90TC, 93TC, 96TC, 43, 43TC, 96TC, E08TC, 122TC, E02TC, E10TC, 15TC, E10.
In addition to public buses, you can travel by motorbike, private car, book a technology car service to the exhibition.

Coming to the exhibition very early
These days the exhibition welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors, so there are congestion and overload of parking lots. You should go early from about 6-7am or take a motorbike to make it easier to move and have an easy parking space.
In the early morning, you have more time to visit the outdoor area, avoiding hot weather and the crowded situation of tourists until after 9am.
Compact luggage with enough personal items
Phan Thi Thu Trang (Hanoi) shared: "You should bring a personal water bottle, sunscreen, umbrella, snack, phone charger, cash".
If traveling with children, family members should bring a light car, prepare a hat, filtered water, milk, and food for the baby.
Wearing clothes made from cool, sweat-absorbing fabric to adapt to the hot and humid weather in the North when walking around the outdoor area.
Avoid wearing high heels, you should wear sneakers and bottom-fitting shoes to walk in a more comfortable exhibition space.
Visit the outdoor before entering the house
You need to clearly understand the exhibition diagram so as not to miss the places you want to visit. The exhibition has an area of over 250,000 m2, divided into 2 main areas: outdoor and indoor. You should scan the QR code to have an electronic map on your phone.
Inside the house is the Kim Quy exhibition building with the main hall and 8 side hall roofs with numbers from H1 to H8.
Outside is an open space with 4 courts surrounding Kim Quy building: North, South, East, West courts.

Coming early, visiting the outdoor area before entering Kim Quy building will help you locate the areas more easily and have more experiences.
You should determine the booths you want to experience first (for example technology areas, shooting experiences, flying cars, etc.) to avoid spending time spinning many times as well as having to wait in line.
The area displaying military equipment, if not clearly understood, could ask the soldiers for more information.

Eat, drink and clean
Many people choose to stay overnight to visit both in the afternoon and evening, while the culinary experience at the exhibition is not too much, so remember to bring snacks and water.
At the exhibition, you can go to the 2nd floor of Kim Quy building, where there is a coffee, soft drink and cakes selling area. Outside the building, there are also many food and beverage stalls for customers to choose from.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh (Gia Lam, Hanoi) shared her family's experience at the exhibition: You should experience the culinary region of the three regions because it collects delicious dishes from many provinces and cities. My family tried some dishes such as Lang Son roast duck, Dien Bien brocade sticky rice, workshop workshop, Son La roast chicken... Visitors should experience it early at 10am - 11am because after that, the crowded area will gradually have no more seats and food.
Toilet: Each hall H1-H8 has a toilet, pay attention to the directional signs.

Additional notes
When traveling with children and the elderly, they should pay attention to traveling together and together to avoid getting lost in relatives, because the exhibition welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors every day.
The parking lot of the exhibition area is very large, so take photos of the entrance to the parking lot and the surrounding area to easily locate when returning.
The exhibition has too many check-in and sightseeing spots, so choose to experience and avoid going many times, but the waiting time is too long, which can easily take energy.
The weather outside and indoors has changed, the outside is hot and sweat a lot, be careful when going inside the air conditioner, which can lead to heatstroke.
