Besides familiar names such as Lan Ha Bay or Cat Co beach cluster, Cat Ba archipelago (Hai Phong) also hides a pristine check-in coordinate called Chut Chit beach. This place possesses a romantic, peaceful scene, completely opposite to the bustle of the central area.
Chut Chit beach is located in Xuan Dam commune, former Cat Hai district, now the Cat Hai special zone, Hai Phong city. This beach is a small pristine bay, surrounded by overlapping limestone mountain ranges, creating a majestic scene.


Due to not being strongly exploited for tourism, this place still retains its fresh, quiet atmosphere and is a simple boat anchorage for local people.
To get here, tourists only need to rent a motorbike from the town center and travel about 10km. The road to Chut Chit beach is very beautiful, easy to travel and convenient. At the entrance to the beach, the motorbike parking fee is 20,000 VND/vehicle.


The most ideal time to visit Chut Chit beach is summer and autumn, with clear blue skies and little rain. However, Chut Chit beach is not a suitable place to swim or swim. Due to its natural characteristics, this beach has many shells, snails, and sharp pebbles that easily cause damage to the feet.
Instead, this place is a paradise for picnics and check-in photos.
Ms. Quynh Hoa, a tourist from Hanoi, said that the beach impresses with its peaceful scenery and natural beauty, very suitable for saving photos.
I walked through a coffee shop and just got down to this beach. When I arrived, I saw a very poetic scene, taking pictures more beautifully than expected. Along the beach there are also many shells and seashells, so it feels very pristine and interesting," Ms. Quynh Hoa shared.


The coffee shop located right next to Chut Chit beach is also an ideal stop. The shop serves delicious drinks and has a valuable view directly to the bay.
In the late afternoon, when the sunset falls, sitting and sipping a glass of cool water, listening to melodious music and admiring the sea scenery will bring an absolute feeling of relaxation.
