The journey started from Hanoi in the clear morning. When the city was still sleepy, the wheels had rolled on the roads towards the Northeast.
Passing through Bac Ninh - a gentle Quan Ho land, then continuing to Quang Ninh, where mountains and seas begin to blend into a vast picture.

The feeling of cycling along the coastal road from Ha Long to Mong Cai is an unforgettable experience.
On one side are mountains, on the other side is the sea, the wind brings saltiness into every breath, dispelling all fatigue.
The slopes and long roads are no longer challenges, but have become catalysts that make the journey more memorable.

Setting foot in Tra Co - a beach known as "the most romantic in Vietnam", we felt like we were rewarded with a worthy gift.
Smooth white sand, casuarina trees rustling in the wind, and the sea stretching to the horizon. In the afternoon, relaxing in the cool water, in the evening sitting by the beach enjoying seafood, everything is simple but complete.
Not only stopping there, the journey also opens up a special experience: cycling through the border gate, across the border.
A gentle morning, we went to Dongxing (China), sipped a cup of tea, strolled through bustling streets and then returned.
The feeling of going back and forth between two cultural spaces in just one day brings a very different perspective on trips.

Leaving Tra Co, we continued to cycle back to Cai Rong port to go to Quan Lan island.
The sea at this time is not only for sightseeing, but for living together. The days on the island pass slowly: morning welcomes dawn, noon rests under the shade of trees, afternoon bathes in Minh Chau beach - where the water is clear blue and the white sand is as smooth as powder.
But perhaps, the most memorable was a very simple night.
That was the night on Minh Chau Island, when we slept in a space almost completely open to nature.
No closed walls, no air conditioning, just a bed, a thin blanket and a moonlit sky.
Gentle moonlight covers the small garden, gentle sea breeze blows, insects chirping like a soft background music.
In that moment, all the noise seemed to disappear. Only humans and nature remained, so close that they could "touch" each other.
A deep, complete sleep – something that is rarely achieved in everyday life.
The journey is about to end, but the aftertaste remains.

Cycling is not the fastest way to move, but it is the way to feel it most clearly. Each route passed through is not only a geographical distance, but also a connecting journey – with scenery, with people, and with oneself.
From the plains to the mountains, from the border to the sea and islands – Vietnam appears not only beautiful, but also very close. And sometimes, just a bicycle, we can reach things that seem very far away.
