Continuing its role as a cradle for training talents for nearly a millennium, the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam in coordination with the art group Dau xua Van Hien officially opened the exhibition "Dao hoc ngan nam" on the afternoon of December 30, 2025. This is a group of artists who have accompanied the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam for many years, with a serious creative spirit and a respectful attitude towards heritage.
With the orientation of harmoniously combining traditional values and contemporary artistic thinking, the exhibition exploits typical images of Taoism, academics, virtues and the spiritual life of ancient Thang Long through rich materials and modern shaping language.

The exhibition space is deployed through three main contents including: "Dao Hoc Cua Nguoi Xua" space, introducing creations about study, exams, and achievement; teacher-student image; symbols of knowledge, morality and culture; the journey of cultivation, bringing talent to serve the country and help the people of the virtuous people.
Inspired by the constellation Khue - a symbol of literature, wisdom associated with the tradition of talent and the spirit of the Temple of Literature, artist Ho Sy Tien introduced the work "Khue Van Dance". The work uses installation language combined with ceramic reliefs carved with ancient classroom shapes with luminous light and open layout of the digital age.
The golden light, symbolizing wisdom and Taoism, stands out on the dark side of the universe, affirming the spirit of "The Way of Literature": the form of learning can change, but the nature of Taoism is still a journey to seek knowledge and perfect personality.

Next is the space "Thang Long Thousand-Year Festival", expressing creations about the unique festivals of the capital, a symbol of a rich spiritual life, the prosperity and peace of all things.
In this space, the work "Kinh Ky Hoi" by painter Le Thi Thanh introduces 59 uniquely printed paintings on Do paper, recreating many traditional festivals imbued with national cultural imprints. Through this, the festival of Hanoi people appears not only as an occasion to commemorate heroes and gods, but also as a space to connect the community and maintain the cultural and spiritual values of Thang Long - Hanoi.

Finally, the space "Harmony between Taoism and festivals", creating works with in-depth content, while being open in approaching art and aesthetic emotions.
Artist Vu Xuan Dong brings a soaring space with the work "Floating Clouds, Blooming Flowers". The work uses cloud patterns, chrysanthemums, and lotus flowers from the Ly Dynasty transformed into a hanging lamp block structure. The paintings tell the story of the hard work to master the talent of Vietnamese celebrities. Taking the image of clouds and flowers in the massive treasure of the Ly Dynasty is to promote the spirit of studying Tao to become human, bringing talent to dedicate to the country.

The exhibition is not only an art exhibition space, but also an opportunity for the public to contemplate the value of knowledge, morality and responsibility to preserve and continue the heritage of our ancestors.
Through the exhibition, the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam continues to affirm its role as a cultural - educational - creative space, where heritage is connected to contemporary life with inspiration and the companionship of the community.
