    On the evening of October 31, at the 2025 Autumn Fair, the Vietnam Exhibition Center model was shaped with 410kg of sticky rice and 100kg of beans, setting a Vietnamese record.

    The event set a record for the VEC Vietnam Exhibition Center Model with sticky rice and flower shaped from beans with the largest size certified by the Vietnam Record Organization and the Vietnam Record Institute, attracting a large number of visitors to the 2025 Autumn Fair. Photo: Linh Nguyen

    With a miniature scale compared to the original, the model is nearly 1.8m long, 2m wide and 80cm high. The model is by professional consultants from Traditional Bakery Artisan Tran Thi Hien Minh and the Saigon Professional Chefs Association, implemented by a group of professional chefs from Hai Phong City.     The entire body of the model is shaped from 410kg of bright red sticky rice cooked from yellow sticky rice. From simple materials through the talented hands of chefs, the project has been recreated with natural colors and a structure simulating real architecture, ensuring both durability, the highest aesthetic quality and food hygiene and safety.
