During the peak summer tourist days in mid-July, the Mui Ne Antiquities Museum in Mui Ne ward (Lam Dong province) welcomes many tourist groups to visit and learn about historical, cultural and religious values.
Not only Vietnamese tourists, many foreign tourists also come to explore this artifact museum.

The exhibition space with about 50,000 artifacts makes many people excited to access stories about life and culture of many historical periods.
The artifacts are dated from about 1,500 BC to before 1975, arranged in sections. Visitors can learn about Champa culture and ethnic groups, ceramics through periods, ancestral worship beliefs, fish sauce making techniques, ancient tombstones, religious statues and many paintings.

Many artifacts reflect the imprints of Dong Son, Sa Huynh, Oc Eo, Khmer, Champa cultures and Vietnamese dynasties. Each artifact has explanations in Vietnamese, English and illustrative images, helping visitors to easily learn.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City, said she felt overwhelmed by the number of artifacts preserved. The exhibition booths by theme help visitors feel like they are flipping through each page of history about culture, beliefs and ethnic groups.
According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An - the owner of the museum, each artifact carries a story about people, beliefs, life and changes of a land. Therefore, artifacts need to be introduced to the community through education, tourism and research.

Since its operation in 2023, the museum has gradually become a destination for tourists, students, and history lovers. Mr. An regularly directly explains, helping visitors better understand the value of each group of artifacts.

The museum currently does not charge entrance fees, and also coordinates with educational units and cultural organizations to serve learning and research activities. Antique data has been digitized to expand accessibility.
According to the leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province, Mui Ne Antique Museum owns a diverse system of artifacts and antiques, with historical, cultural and archaeological value.
In the trend of tourists increasingly interested in cultural experiences besides resorts, museums are adding a discovery point to the Mui Ne tourism journey. Through each artifact and historical story, tourists have more opportunities to learn about heritage values, enriching their experiences when coming to the Lam Dong sea area.
