After accessing the website, buyers choose the sightseeing spot, ticket type, ticket quantity, fill in all information and make the payment.
When the transaction is successful, the system will send a QR code via email for tourists to use when visiting relics.
In case you have paid but have not received the QR code, tourists can look up ticket purchase information on the system using the registered phone number and email to receive the code back.
For international visitors who do not have a phone number with a Vietnamese area code, the center guides using the number 0862 551 080 to complete online ticket purchase registration. This is also a hotline number to support handling incidents and answering questions related to ticket purchase.
