Having only seen information about pho on social networking platforms, many foreign tourists were very excited to enjoy a bowl of authentic pho right from the first days of their trip.
Coming from Egypt, a female tourist said that this is the first time she has set foot in Vietnam. Before the trip, she had never had the opportunity to enjoy pho, but had heard many times about this dish through the internet.
This is my first time to Vietnam. Before coming here, I had never eaten pho, but I knew about this dish through the internet. Therefore, I really want to try this dish as soon as I set foot here," she shared.
As a travel enthusiast, the female tourist has set foot in 26 countries.
On this trip, she chose to spend a whole week in Hanoi to explore the city and enjoy Vietnamese specialties.
I think a week is just enough time to experience everything and explore the cuisine here," she said.
Excited to explore both beef and chicken pho
Accompanying the group, Hendrick - a tourist from Peru also visited Vietnam for the first time and spent the entire vacation in Hanoi.
He said that he used to only know pho through tiktok. After coming to London, he met a Korean friend living here who also introduced Vietnamese cuisine many times and advised him to definitely enjoy it when there is an opportunity.
I have never eaten pho before. A Korean woman living in London once told me that Vietnamese cuisine is great and told me that when I come here, I must try all the dishes," Hendrick recounted.
As a person who loves to experience cuisine, Hendrick said he is willing to try all local dishes. Among them, beef pho and chicken pho are the two dishes he is most looking forward to.
I like to explore new flavors, so I am very excited to try both beef and chicken pho to feel the difference," the Peruvian tourist expressed.
The male tourist added that he has traveled through more than 50 countries around the world. However, Vietnam is still a destination that brings a lot of curiosity because of its famous cuisine and unique culture.
Food becomes "an ambassador" promoting Vietnamese tourism
