Ms. Vu Nguyet Anh (currently living in Strasbourg city, France) recently had a visit to the Louvre museum. This famous tourist destination is located in the historic center of the city, on the banks of the Seine River. This place was originally a fortress built by King Philippe Auguste in 1190.
The highlight of the museum is definitely the painting of Mona Lisa by artist Leonardo da Vinci. This is a 16th century portrait of a woman painted in oil on a poplar panel.
The male artist began painting the painting around 1503, during the Renaissance and completed it shortly before his death in 1519. The fact that the Mona Lisa was stolen in 1911 made this masterpiece even more famous. more famous than ever.

Besides, the mystery of Mona Lisa's facial features has also been a topic of discussion among art lovers for hundreds of years. Many visitors to the Louvre museum also look forward to admiring this famous painting.
Ms. Nguyet Anh shared: "Before visiting the Louvre museum, I had heard and read a lot in the newspapers about the long queues to see the Mona Lisa painting. I even told my children to stand in this area. You will probably only be able to see it from afar because the painting is very small and all the tourists are jostling to see it and you may not have a chance to stand close to look or take pictures."
When the whole family arrived, the scene was as crowded as imagined. Ms. Anh had warned her child in advance, so the child was not disappointed. Looking at that scene, she just smiled and said: "Mom, you're right, I admit that the picture is too small, from here you can't see anything."
As for Ms. Anh, because she could only stand from afar and look at the tiny painting, she did not have the opportunity to enjoy it at close range.
"My only feeling is that I just find it funny at the sight of people jostling together to take pictures of the entire room," she said.

Because she is in the late stages of pregnancy, during this trip, Ms. Anh also limits walking and standing for long periods of time. Although she loves museums, a short visit to the Louvre, for her, cannot be called a true museum experience.
She revealed the reason: "I feel like being in the Louvre is a bit "overwhelmed" with noise and hustle and bustle, so I really don't have much of a mood to enjoy or learn about art. I used to wander around all day. Carefully look at each artifact, hum and read the introduction panels in quiet but very interesting Japanese museums.
Only then will I truly feel the experience of going to a museum. But, it seems that in the Louvre, it is difficult to have such a quiet space, because it is so crowded all year round."

The current entrance fee to the Louvre museum is 22€/adult (about more than 600,000 VND). Ms. Anh advised self-sufficient tourists to book museum tickets early on the website, avoid queuing and waiting for a long time when choosing to buy directly. Additionally, visitors should note that the Louvre is closed every Tuesday.
