In particular, some outstanding activities will be organized at cultural villages, tourist markets and points associated with the Dien Bien Phu National Relic Battlefield.
Including the Folk Song, Folk Dance, Folk Music Festival and traditional costume performances of ethnic groups will be held in the Muong Thanh bridge area; Street Carnivals are organized in the form of parades combined with performances of art forms, high-altitude fireworks. In particular, within the framework of the Ban Flower Festival, a Hoang Cam Kitchen cooking experience program, soldier meals... will be organized at historical relic sites of the Dien Bien Phu battlefield.
