Dak Lak - At the end of October, coffee in the red ripe season, brings a bustling atmosphere and unforgettable experiences to visitors in the coffee capital of Vietnam.

When the Dak Lak plateau sun has calmed down, the coffee hills are bright red. Each cluster of ripe, well-growing fruit under the early morning sunlight signals that the harvest season is approaching.

The scent of coffee spreading in the wind, the bustling laughter of people and tourists made the atmosphere of the land more vibrant.

Amidst the vast supply of coffee beans, visitors eagerly touch the clusters of au au au red fruits, fully feeling the flavors of the crop.

"Standing in the middle of the coffee garden, touching the ripe fruit, I can see all the efforts of the growers. From harvesting, processing to roasting, to have a delicious cup of coffee is a meticulous process, said Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan (Dong Nai province).

Holding a cup of hot coffee, Ms. Lan said that the strong taste does not only come from coffee beans, but also from the soil, sunshine and labor of the people of the Central Highlands. For her, this was an unforgettable experience in the "co coffee capital" of Vietnam.

The first time visiting the coffee garden, Ms. Trinh Ngoc Thu (in Ho Chi Minh City) said: Before, I only knew that coffee through a cup of black water was black. Now that I can pick and smell the coffee in the wind, I understand that having a delicious cup of coffee is a long and passionate journey.

Mr. Le Dinh Tu - Director of Aeroco Coffee Company Limited - said that the unit opened the garden and processing area for visitors to experience the entire journey "from garden to cup of coffee".

According to him, this is a sustainable direction, linking agriculture with tourism, helping to promote Vietnamese specialty coffee.

With over 212,000 hectares, Dak Lak is the largest coffee growing area in the country. Each ripe season, the plateau becomes an attractive destination, where visitors can clearly feel the soul of the land and the Central Highlands - simple, diligent but full of pride.
