These days, people invite each other to Dinh Thon village (Tu Liem ward) to admire the blooming hundred-year-old vermicelli flowers. Not many people know that at Ha Tri Pagoda (Ha Dong ward) there is also a vermicelli tree quietly blooming, filling a corner of the sky.
Ha Tri Pagoda is located right next to the gate of Ha Tri village, belonging to the ancient communal house - pagoda - temple complex. The vermicelli tree shows off its colors in the ancient space of the pagoda roof and pond, leaving a very unique mark.

Bun flowers usually bloom profusely at the end of March, early April and then gradually thin out; when early summer, encountering humid rain, the tree sprouts again, forming large, impressive clusters of flowers. When they first bloom, the bun flower has a pure white color, then gradually turns yellow and then orange-yellow before withering.
This flower only blooms once a year and withers after about a month. Therefore, many people and tourists take the opportunity to capture the moment when flowers bloom brilliantly in the transitional season.

Ms. Ngo Phuong Lan, a local resident, said: "I often pass by here but rarely pay attention. Only when a friend shared pictures from yesterday did I know the flowers were blooming beautifully. Today, I invited my friend to come back to save memorable moments together.
Amidst the hurried pace of urban life, the vermicelli flower season is like a gentle highlight of Hanoi when changing seasons. The flower color is just enough to hold back those who love beauty, so that anyone who has ever visited brings a very personal memory of a peaceful village corner in the heart of the city.

In addition to admiring the flower season, visitors visit the Ha Tri communal house - pagoda - temple complex. Ha Tri Pagoda - with the initial name Duc Muc Tu - was started in the Le Trung Hung period, and now the pagoda's history is more than 300 years old. Ha Tri communal house dates back to 1742, also experiencing nearly three centuries of existence.
Visitors should spend time taking a full tour from the three-entrance gate, bell tower, pagoda yard to the tower garden and village communal house to fully feel the ancient space by the semi-moonary pond. Early morning or late afternoon is an ideal time to sightsee, take photos and enjoy the quiet space. Dress politely, maintain solemnity in the sacred place.
