On the days leading up to Lunar New Year 2025, Phung Hung mural street (Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi) recreates the traditional Vietnamese cultural space, combined with contemporary art ideas.
2025 is the year of At Ty, the organizers took the image of the snake Ouroboros in some ancient cultures, this is a symbol of circulation, rebirth and connection between the past and the present.
The highlight is the three-entrance gate area, which is decorated with many vibrant colors combined with motifs of Dong Ho folk paintings.
In the art space, there is also a restored model of 3 old tram cars - a symbol of the capital in the 1970s, bringing a nostalgic perspective between modernity and tradition. This is also a time train, bringing people back to the past, where heritage and values are preserved.
In addition, along Phung Hung Street (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi), there are also many stalls selling flowers, ornamental plants and Tet decorations to serve people shopping and learning about Vietnamese culture.
Phung Hung Street is an ideal place for people to visit, experience and take beautiful photos on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025. The activity will take place from now until February 6 (the 9th day of Lunar New Year).
