On weekends, tens of thousands of visitors flock to shop and experience culture and art at the 2025 Autumn Fair. Despite the cold rain, all the outdoor and indoor stalls were still crowded with customers from morning to night.
Responding to Lao Dong, Ms. Thanh Ha (Long Bien, Hanoi) and her family have planned to visit the festival on the weekend. Unfavorable weather, the whole family still wants to come to enjoy the autumn atmosphere and experience the unique festival space.
I am very impressed with the local food stalls, they are very spacious and almost impossible to go to in one day. Although the fair is quite far from home, I find the trip very worth it, because I not only enjoy delicious food but also clearly feel the autumn festival atmosphere and cultural beauty in the provinces and cities, said Ms. Thanh Ha.

Linh Thao (Son La) was very impressed with many stalls, especially the deep pride when witnessing the stilt house of your hometown recreated in the festive space here.
"I am very proud and moved when the beauty of my hometown is conveyed vividly and with investment. I have experienced many unique cultural features of many localities through cuisine, handicrafts, specialties, and traditional craft villages. I felt very proud and didn't mind waking up early in the morning to get here today," Thao shared.
At the 2025 Autumn Fair, the Autumn Food and Drinks Festival space is arranged in the South Stadium area of the National Exhibition Center. This place brings hundreds of booths from provinces, cities and internationally, displaying typical culinary dishes.

Here, diners embark on a journey to discover specialties of 34 provinces and cities, stretching from North to South. Each dish brought is a familiar image, reminiscent of famous lands and landmarks across the country.
Starting with the Northern Midlands and Mountainous Region, notably Tuyen Quang corn pho, Lao Cai monuments, Northwest dried meat... The dishes are marinated and processed with the typical mountain and forest flavor, creating an interesting experience for visitors in the heart of the capital.
At the Hue food restaurant, diners jostle to experience and enjoy famous dishes of the ancient capital. Many famous dishes on the map to explore Hue such as bun bo, banh loc, and sweet soup are dishes that attract a large number of tourists to enjoy.

The fair is an opportunity to contribute to spreading the unique local cuisine to domestic and foreign tourists".

At Nghe An food restaurant, eel soup is sought after by many diners. Ms. Tran Thanh My, an officer of the Tourism Department of the Relic Management Board under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An province, shared: Participating in the 2025 Autumn Fair, besides many specialties of the province, eel soup is the most popular specialty dish for diners. Eel is continuously transported to the fair for cooking and sale during the day. I sell about three eel yards a day.
Many food stalls have artisans and chefs preparing and introducing the unique features of the dish to diners to bring the most complete experience. This is an opportunity for visitors to not only enjoy but also learn more about the preparation method and local culture through each dish.
Ms. Ta Thi Hong Thanh (Dan Phuong commune, Hanoi) shared: "The fair atmosphere is very bustling, there are many attractive booths for me to visit and experience, especially the food district. Just take a walk around the 2025 Autumn Fair, I was able to experience the typical flavors of regions across Vietnam without having to go far".
