Tong Thi Bich Ngoc (HCMC) shared: “I came to Hanoi for a trip but it was during a storm. Last night, I stayed at the hotel and also felt very strong winds outside. The place where I live had a power outage. This morning, when the storm passed, I took the opportunity to go to tourist attractions and relics such as President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, the Cathedral, and the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam. Because there were many fallen trees, it was quite difficult to move around. Many groups of tourists like me went to the Temple of Literature but the management board closed it to deal with the aftermath of the storm, so I couldn't go inside to visit."
