 Cay cau dai 17,8m, rong 5,3m, duoc chia thanh 7 gian nhu 7 gian nha truyen thong. Voi thiet ke bang go tinh te va mai ngoi phu kin, cau ngoi Thanh Toan khong chi la phuong tien di lai, ma con la mot bieu tuong cua net dep dan gian.
The bridge is 17.8m long, 5.3m wide, divided into 7 compartments like 7 traditional rooms. With a sophisticated wooden design and a covered tiled roof, Thanh Toan tiled bridge is not only a means of transportation, but also a symbol of folk beauty.
 Cau ngoi Thanh Toan duoc xay dung vao nam 1776. Den nam 1990, cong trinh duoc Bo Van hoa – The thao va Du lich cong nhan la di tich cap quoc gia.
Thanh Toan tiled bridge was built in 1776. In 1990, the project was recognized as a national monument by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Sau gan 250 nam ton tai, cay cau da duoc ha giai de phuc vu cong tac tu bo, bao ton theo dung nguyen tac giu gin toi da nguyen ban va vat lieu goc. Du an trung tu do UBND tinh Thua Thien Hue (nay la TP Hue) phe duyet, voi tong kinh phi hon 13 ti dong.
After nearly 250 years of existence, the bridge has been demolished to serve the restoration and conservation work in accordance with the principle of preserving maximum original and original materials. The restoration project was approved by the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province (now Hue city), with a total cost of more than 13 billion VND.
