On August 9, Ms. Nguyen Thi Van - Chairwoman of Dang Thuy Tram Commune People's Committee said that the 2026 Steppe Festival with the theme: "Touching Clouds - Touching Memories - Touching the Future" is held on Bui Hui Steppe from August 8-9. In the first day of the Festival, it is estimated that 8,500 tourists and people flocked to Bui Hui Steppe.

With the theme "Touching clouds - Touching memories - Touching the future", the festival is built in the direction of connecting 3 layers of value.
Touching Clouds" is exploring the beauty of Bui Hui prairie; "Touching Memories" is finding historical, cultural, and life values of the H're people and the story of Heroic Martyr, Doctor Dang Thuy Tram; "Touching the Future" expresses the desire to turn Bui Hui into an eco-tourism, cultural and experiential destination.
Bui Hui is a vast steppe located at an altitude of nearly 700 m above sea level, belonging to Dang Thuy Tram commune, Quang Ngai province. This place has high hills submerged in white clouds, green meadows stretching to the horizon.
This is an ideal place to hunt clouds, enjoy fresh air, suitable for groups of friends or families to organize weekend picnics.
