The tourism potential of Nui Cam is assessed as extremely large and diverse, playing a core role in the socio-economic development of the Bay Nui region in particular and An Giang province in general. Every year, this place attracts over 1 million tourists to visit, travel and pilgrimage.

Delegates also contributed opinions that Nui Cam tourism needs to plan "Green Zone - Slow Living", orienting Nui Cam into a "Healing Destination". The government needs to create mechanisms for high-class camping areas on mountain slopes to have beautiful views. Invest in installing large mirror clusters in the reception hall or locations with beautiful views to create visual effects, helping tourists have impressive photos as soon as they set foot on the mountain.

Mr. Nguyen Vu Khac Huy, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Tourism Association, said that the contributions of experts, businesses, and tourism managers, along with analyzing advantages and limitations, and proposing product models suitable to the characteristics of Nui Cam and the Bay Nui region.
Opinions focused on proposals that can be implemented immediately such as improving infrastructure, improving service quality, building unique tours. Towards exploiting tourism associated with nature, culture and local community life conservation. These profound opinions contribute to helping the province have a basis for policy planning, shaping unique tourism products, making tourists more satisfied, extending stays, and promoting the An Giang tourism brand.
On the same morning, the An Giang Provincial Tourism Association organized a Famtrip program to survey the destination of Nui Cam with the participation of about 100 delegates including travel companies, tourism businesses inside and outside the province and media.
This actual survey aims to find untapped strengths, build specialized, highly experiential and unique tour programs to attract tourists to Nui Cam in a stable way.
