On the evening of July 4, a special art program will take place to celebrate the founding event of the new Bac Ninh province, with the theme "Bac Ninh thousand years of culture - Aspiration to rise in the new era".
The program was held at 7:30 p.m. on July 4 at two locations: 3/2 Square Center (Bac Giang Ward) and Kinh Bac Cultural Center (Kinh Bac Ward), and was broadcast live on digital platforms.
The fireworks display is expected to take place at the above two locations at around 9:15 p.m. Each fireworks display location will have 120 low-altitude fireworks displays, combined with high-altitude fireworks.
In order to ensure the safety of the program at the Kinh Bac Cultural Center bridge, the authorities will deploy traffic diversion and temporarily ban some routes in Kinh Bac ward and Vu Ninh ward, starting from 5:00 p.m. on July 4 until the end of the event.

The intersection of Ly Thai Tong - Kinh Duong Vuong
All of the above routes are in the direction of Kinh Bac Cultural Center.
According to the People's Committee of Kinh Bac Ward - Bac Ninh Province, free parking spots will be arranged for people and tourists attending the activities of the Special Art Program to celebrate the founding of Bac Ninh Province (Kinh Bac Cultural Center area).
Specifically, the sidewalk of Ngo Gia Tu - Kinh Duong Vuong Street; sidewalk of Vuong Van Tra - Hai Ba Trung Street (in the old Auction Service Center); Le Van Thinh Street (old Department of Education and Training sidewalk); Le Van Thinh - Ly Thai To Street (old Department of Industry and Trade sidewalk); Ly Thai Tong Street (sidewalk of the old Party Committees' headquarters); Han Thuyen Street (sidewalk of the old Architectural Planning Palace); and Hai Ba Trung Street (sidewalk of the old Tang Tin Newspaper).
