The People's Committee of Bu Dang district, Binh Phuoc province has just organized a conference to start up tourism in Bu Dang district in 2024 in a series of festival activities "The sound of pestle pounding echoes forever on Bom Bo hamlet" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Bu Dang liberation (December 14, 1974 - December 14, 2024).
According to the People's Committee of Bu Dang district, the locality has a total natural area of over 150,000 hectares. The district's population currently has over 146,000 people of many ethnic groups.
Bu Dang has a special location as a transitional district from the Central Highlands to the Southeast region. This gives Bu Dang a land of rolling hills and beautiful terrain. This place is considered an advantage for Bu Dang to develop garden ecotourism associated with scenic tourism such as the S'tieng ethnic cultural reserve in Bom Bo.
Visitors can experience the rich cultural identity of the S'tieng ethnic community. Notably, at night, visitors can immerse themselves in the space of firelight, the sound of pestles, dances, songs...
Besides, nature has brought Bu Dang quite poetic spaces such as: Bu Lach grassland, Standing waterfall, Voi waterfall... These are places that attract tourists to experience and conquer lands that still retain their natural beauty.

At the conference, delegates contributed many recommendations and discussed solutions to develop tourism types to attract a large number of tourists from the Southeast provinces and Ho Chi Minh City to Bu Dang. In addition, there were solutions to attract businesses to invest in building tourism services to serve tourists...
According to Mr. Vu Van Muoi - Chairman of Bu Dang District People's Committee, when coming to Bu Dang, visitors will be immersed in Voi waterfall - once a place for spiritual and cultural activities of the M'Nong people. Around the waterfall, there are many large, flat rocks. In the dry season, the water from Dak Rmo stream flows gently over the waterfall, making visitors feel light-headed and cool, allowing them to let their souls follow the dance of the mountains and forests.
Standing Waterfall is likened to a sleeping girl leaning against the great forest... Bu Dang is also a gathering place for many ethnic groups, each with their own unique cultural features, contributing to the formation of community tourism products, eco-tourism, resorts...

According to Mr. Vu Van Muoi, in recent years, the locality has implemented many solutions to improve the quality of cultural activities associated with preserving and promoting the diversity and richness of local cultural values, especially the culture of ethnic minority areas.
Bu Dang has proposed solutions to focus on forming tours and tourist routes, while proactively connecting with tours and tourist routes in the province and domestically.
Currently, Bu Dang district is completing the planning and calling for investment, forming tourist areas and spots associated with the Chon Thanh - Gia Nghia expressway, including building Bu Lach grassland (Bu Dang district) in the direction of resort tourism products, homestays associated with experiences of living with the M'Nong and Stieng communities; sightseeing tours, exploring miniature relics and landscapes associated with hot air balloon experiences.
