Road closure schedule details for Friday afternoon, January 17
On the evening of January 17, a rehearsal of the Light Concert - Welcome New Year 2025 will take place with 2,025 drones combined with traditional music. To ensure the safety of the event, the authorities will close some roads and regulate traffic from 6pm to midnight.
Lac Long Quan Street
Cars are prohibited from moving from Lac Long Quan - Xuan La intersection to Lac Long Quan - Au Co intersection; motorbikes are prohibited from moving from lane 655 Lac Long Quan to lane 683 Lac Long Quan.
Cars traveling on Lac Long Quan Street from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Au Co Street will turn left onto Xuan La Street to Vo Chi Cong Street.
Vehicles traveling on An Duong Vuong Street will go straight onto Au Co Street, not turn right onto Lac Long Quan Street.
Vehicles traveling on Au Co Street will go straight onto An Duong Vuong Street, do not turn left onto Lac Long Quan Street.
For motorbikes, vehicles traveling on Lac Long Quan Street from Xuan La Street to Au Co Street to Lane 655 Lac Long Quan will turn around and enter Lane 603 Lac Long Quan to Vo Chi Cong Street.
Vehicles traveling on Lac Long Quan street from Au Co street to Xuan La street to alley 683 Lac Long Quan will turn right onto Vo Chi Cong street.
Nguyen Hoang Ton Street
Prohibit the entire route from Vo Chi Cong - Nguyen Hoang Ton intersection to Lac Long Quan flower garden.
Vehicles on Vo Chi Cong Street from Ring Road 2 to Nhat Tan Bridge will go straight on Vo Chi Cong Street, not turn right onto Nguyen Hoang Ton Street.
Ve Ho Street
All cars are banned from Ve Ho street; motorbikes are banned from the beginning of Ve Ho street to alley 378 Lac Long Quan.
During this time, cars traveling on Lac Long Quan Street from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Au Co Street will turn left onto Xuan La Street to Vo Chi Cong Street.
Motorbikes going on Ve Ho street to alley 378 Lac Long Quan will turn left onto Lac Long Quan street, turn around at alley 655 Lac Long Quan and turn into alley 603 Lac Long Quan to Vo Chi Cong street.
Nhat Chieu Street
All cars and motorbikes are prohibited from moving. During this time, vehicles traveling from To Ngoc Van Street through Tay Ho Flower Valley to 179 Nhat Chieu will go straight to Vu Tuan Chieu Street, then turn left into alley 612 Lac Long Quan to get to Lac Long Quan Street.
In the opposite direction, going from Vu Tuan Chieu street, do not turn right onto Nhat Chieu street but go straight onto To Ngoc Van street.

On January 18, the "New Year's Eve 2025 Light Concert" program officially takes place from 8:00 p.m. Therefore, some routes will be closed to traffic from 5:00 p.m. to midnight.

In the opposite direction, going from Vu Tuan Chieu street, do not turn right onto Nhat Chieu street but go straight onto To Ngoc Van street.

The 13 vehicle parking points mentioned above are all managed by the authorities of Tay Ho district and require vehicle parking organizations and units to collect fees at the correct regulated price.
Along with organizing parking for people and tourists, Tay Ho district also arranged mobile toilets, organized traffic flow; arranged emergency exits to ensure security and order for the event.
