Investment in digital infrastructure has been increased, focusing on deploying shared digital platforms for the culture, sports and tourism sector such as digital museum platforms, digital platforms for tourism management and business. In addition, online public services for people and businesses have been deployed more and more effectively, increasing satisfaction with public services.
Safety and security work is always focused on. Resources for digital transformation and digital data are focused on and increased, especially the budget for digital transformation to serve professional work such as deploying application systems, creating databases, maintaining operations, propaganda and training has increased annually.
Building a virtual assistant knowledge system for the culture, sports and tourism industry
Speaking at the seminar, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications (MIC) Pham Duc Long emphasized that the database of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism must be within the e-Government Architecture Framework (GIS) 3.0.
Therefore, when the Ministry builds Architecture 3.0, it stipulates that this database must be synchronized in the Architecture to connect and share data in the Architecture.
Second, developing a database requires all activities of cadres, civil servants, and public employees to put data on the network environment, so that the data can survive to meet the goal of 100% correct, complete, clean, and live data.
Third, it is necessary to define the roles and responsibilities of agencies, units, businesses, and individuals on what needs to be done and who does it. Only when the roles and responsibilities of relevant parties are clearly defined to ensure that data in this industry is accurate can the data survive.
Fourth, building an industry database must comply with the following principles: Data already available on the Internet must not be collected again; Data collected and built must be connected and shared; Data collected must be shared with whom and how.
Avoid work, a job that is done by many people, a data that is collected by many places will lead to fragmentation, errors, data overlap, waste of time and resources collecting data.
Fifth, to use and exploit existing data for socio-economic development, it is necessary to build scenarios for use and exploitation so that the data has value.

Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long also said that it is necessary to build a virtual assistant knowledge system of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to support the work of cadres, civil servants and public employees. In this regard, the Ministry of Information and Communications will support the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
