Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ito Naoki - Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam highly appreciated the organization of the Vietnam-Japan Culinary Culture Week and the establishment of the Associations. Mr. Ito hopes that with these efforts, Japanese dishes in Vietnam will be upgraded and properly conveyed to Vietnamese diners more.
Meanwhile, Deputy Director Pham Van Thuy said that the Vietnam-Japan Culinary Culture event Week and the launch event of the Traditional Japanese Culinary Research Federation - Vietnam Branch are symbols of cultural exchange between the two countries and peoples.

With the theme "A close relationship, woven with the quintessence", the Taste of Japan Culinary Culture and event Week 2025 will take place from April 24 to April 30 in 3 major cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong.
This year is the second consecutive year that Japanese Culinary Culture Ambassador Tomisawa Hirokazu will attend as a guest, meeting and interacting with diners.

In particular, Mr. Tomisawa also introduced the "Kisetsu no Kawarime" menu specifically for diners in the capital. This is a culinary harmony created in the spirit of Kaiseki (a traditional dish of many Japanese dishes), inspired by the moment the sacred place changes, bringing a journey of full enjoyment with all 5 senses.
