The program took place at the outdoor stage of the Special National Monument of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site on Co To Island, consisting of 4 parts.
Part 1, opening of Co To Island Tourism 2025 - the artistic grandstand "Co To - Where the Waves call the Sun" combined with a performance of water drums, modern lights and a sea ao dai performance, gathering more than 50 professional and mass artists to participate.
Part 2 is an art program including 7 outstanding performances, praising the beauty of nature, people and the potential for tourism, economic, cultural and social development of the island district.

Part 3 is the Sea Dance & DJ Festival - a vibrant folk dance performance with the participation of local folk dance clubs, spreading the message: "Every Co To resident is a tourism ambassador".
Next was a youthful, modern DJ performance on the beach. Part 4 is a special artistic fireworks display.
With the theme "Co To - Where the waves call the sun", the event is a warm welcome from the island district to visitors, coming to feel the wild beauty, friendly people and strong growth of Co To.
On the sidelines of the event, visitors and residents will admire the beautiful photo exhibition about Co To and display the high-speed train model.
At the program, the People's Committee of Co To district announced the pilot project to organize water recreation activities, sightseeing on islands in the district.
In particular, 8 island tours will be organized, connecting destinations with favorable natural conditions from April 2025 to the end of 2026.
The activities will be organized according to the principles of strict control, absolute safety, environmental protection and ecological landscape.

This is the opening program for a series of tourism stimulus activities in Co To district in 2025, and at the same time a practical activity to celebrate the country's major holidays: Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the National Tourism Year 2025.
