The event atmosphere started from August 20th with Danang Summer Fest 2026 in the coastal area of Ngu Hanh Son. The festival takes place until August 23rd, with more than 50 food, beverage, fashion, handicraft booths and many music, entertainment and family activities programs.
From August 27 to 30, Thanh Khe beach will host sea rowing, Sailing and standing rowing races. On August 30, about 3,000 - 4,000 people are expected to participate in the walking program "Joining Vietnam to Advance" at March 29 Square. On the same day, the Da Nang City Traditional Boat Racing Championship takes place on the Han River.
Notably, the Heineken Pickleball World Cup 2026 takes place from August 30 to September 6. The opening ceremony is scheduled to be held on September 2 at Tien Son Sports Palace.
In the field of culture, on August 29, there is the Street Dance Festival "Rhythm of Pride" on Tran Hung Dao street. Street music, Bai Choi Singing and the "Movie Window" program also take place at many locations.
