Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that according to the planned plan, during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, Da Nang will organize a series of large-scale cultural and tourism festivals and events, taking place continuously from the end of January to the beginning of March 2026, in order to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere to serve people and tourists in the first days of the new year.

Activities are deployed simultaneously in the city center area and many suburban and mountainous areas, associated with traditional cultural values, folk beliefs and community activities. Through this, Da Nang expects to spread the traditional Tet atmosphere in the modern urban space, and at the same time contribute to stimulating tourism demand at the beginning of the year.
Some typical festivals and events include: Cam Ha Landscape Plant Festival X - Hoi An Tay 2026 (January 28-29); Exhibition "Horse and Flowers in Le Ba Dang's Creation" (January 31 - February 28) at Da Nang Museum of Fine Arts; Local Market - Bustling Tet Hometown (February 1); Spring Flower Festival, flower market, Binh Ngo Spring Flower Street 2026 (February 1-16) in communes and wards in the city.
Besides, there are activities imbued with traditional identity such as the "Vietnamese Tet 2026" Festival (August 6th - 8th); Tet fair with the theme "Receiving the Year of the Horse to Open Spring" (August 7th - 8th); Traditional Tet space (February 6th - February 26th); Binh Ngo Lunar New Year Festival 2026 and fair "Old Tet in Hoi City" (February 9th - February 26th); Tet cake festival; restoration of the Neu tree on Tet; Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 and many other village communal house festivals and folk festivals.
The highlight of the New Year's Eve of the Lunar New Year is the fireworks program expected to be held at 0:00 on February 17, 2026 at 5 locations in the city. On the same day, Da Nang also organized a program to welcome visitors to land by air at Da Nang International Airport and Chu Lai Airport.
