According to Decision No. 1478 dated May 12, 2025 of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee, Ngu Chi Son peak is ranked as a provincial-level scenic relic.
This is an event of special significance, contributing to enriching Sa Pa's cultural heritage, affirming the value of the local natural and cultural heritage, while raising awareness of the work of preserving and promoting heritage values associated with sustainable tourism development.
At the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong presented the Certificate of Provincial Scenic Landscape Rating for Ngu Chi Son Peak to representatives of management units and local authorities.
Within the framework of the ceremony, delegates and visitors were immersed in the emotional space of the special art program "Sa Pa - Aspiration to Rise Up".

The program was elaborately staged in three parts: part I - "Sa Pa has hidden beauty", through singing and dancing performances, the audience was able to return to the primitive land of Sa Pa, where each terraced plot of rice fields, Khen, and Lu singing song deeply express the typical cultural features of the Mong, Dao, Tay, Giay ethnic groups...
Part II with the theme "Sa Pa changes and integrates", reflects the strong modernization and integration process of Sa Pa through performances such as "Vietnam in Me", "Sa Pa City in the mist", depicts the image of a dynamic, modern but still imbued with identity tourism city.

Part III Sa Pa Aspiration to Rising shows Sa Pas aspiration to develop to reach far in the period of international integration, aiming to become an international national tourist destination by 2030.
The program has the participation of famous artists, such as: Anh Tho, Viet Hoan, Xuan Hao, Thanh Le...
Thereby recreating the development journey of Sa Pa through three stages from the hidden beauty to the process of strong transformation and towards a sustainable development future, rich in identity.
