This is a photo shoot project of 100 ao dai at the 100 most famous scenic spots of 100 countries and territories.
Currently, he has explored 68 countries and territories with 250 provinces and cities around the world. The next goal is to complete the number of 100 Ao Dai photo sets at the beautiful natural wonders and great architectural works of 100 countries and territories.
Doan Truong shared: I hope the photo series will be completed smoothly and as soon as possible because this is a long-term project, requiring many important factors: talent, health and time. I also dream of having a day to set a Vietnam Record and have my own exhibition after completing this 100/100 project.
Doan Truong said he has just completed a rare trip through 8 countries in the old southern union: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Hungary, Albania and Slovenia.
At first, when traveling, I only wore Ao Dai when it coincided with the New Year to create a Tet atmosphere in other countries. However, it was foreign friends who were the first to suggest to me to wear Ao Dai to take photos and introduce the scenic spots of these countries to be more interesting and attractive because there is cultural exchange between the two countries.
When I saw international tourists admire, call them " hard" and ask to take photos together, I not only felt proud but also realized the responsibility to preserve and promote this beauty", Doan Truong shared more.
Doan Truong also wants to bring the image of Vietnam to world friends through motifs on Ao Dai such as the image of lotus flowers, rice fields, terraced fields, Dong Ho folk paintings, Dong Dong Dong Dong dragon image...
I am happy that many foreigners enjoy listening to the explanation of the meaning of those patterns and paintings. Many foreign friends who come to Vietnam to travel or work later ask me to introduce some suitable ao dai" - he added.
When wearing Ao Dai abroad, Doan Truong is always aware that he is a "representative face" of Vietnam, so he must maintain a neat image, standard speech and behavior in accordance with the cultural customs of the host country.
Doan Truong was moved to recall that there are photos taken in special photos that he always remember, such as the moment he wore an ao dai on the top of the snow-white Jungfrau mountain, the highest in Europe at 4,158 m in Switzerland in 2024, even though he was stunned by lack of oxygen.
In early 2025, he endured a cold weather of -28 degrees Celsius right in front of the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ice model at the Harbin ice and Giam Festival in China.
At the end of 2023, Doan Truong excitedly showed off an ao dai with a painting of the icon of Notre Dame Cathedral when welcoming the sunset in the world's largest Sahara desert in March in the hot of more than 40 degrees Celsius. He also loves the ao dai in front of the Old Trafford stadium of Manchester United Club, UK.

The male singer hopes to bring Ao Dai to the Northern and Southern extremes. In Vietnam, he dreams of taking a photo shoot in Truong Sa archipelago and the largest cave on the planet - Son Doong.
