In October, tourism activities have passed their peak season, for domestic tourists due to unfavorable weather conditions and students starting their official school year. The decrease in tourism demand has led to a decrease in revenue from accommodation and travel this month compared to the previous month. Revenue from accommodation and catering services in October is estimated at VND2,154.7 billion, down 3.2% compared to the previous month. Of which, revenue from accommodation services is estimated at VND765.1 billion, down 7.9% compared to the previous month.

In addition to organizing attractive events and programs to attract tourists, Da Nang always pays attention and focuses on communication work to enhance promotion and connection, meeting the changing tastes of the tourism market. However, tourism service revenue in October was estimated at VND524.2 billion, down 13.3% compared to the previous month. The number of tourists on tours served by travel agencies in October was estimated at nearly 110,000, down 14.8% compared to the previous month.

According to the Da Nang Department of Tourism, in the last months of the year, the locality will organize a variety of events and festivals to attract domestic and foreign tourists. Last October, Da Nang will hold the City Tourism Festival with the participation of hundreds of domestic and foreign travel partners. In December, Da Nang will hold the Christmas - New Year Festival 2025 with the implementation of check-in models on the occasion of Christmas and New Year, announcing the Da Nang Food Tour Campaign.

In the last 3 months of 2024, Da Nang will also implement the investment phase 2 of Son Tra night market. At the same time, it will implement a plan to exploit activities and services at the beaches, a plan to organize water entertainment activities in the beach areas, the sea area around Son Tra peninsula and the national inland waterway Han River, and nighttime entertainment activities at My An beach.
