The Dragon Hill International Tourist Area is managed by Van Huong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company. The company is responsible for organizing, managing, exploiting, operating, maintaining conditions, and developing the tourist destination "Dragon Hill International Tourist Area" according to the provisions of the Law on Tourism and related legal documents.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong will coordinate with the following departments and branches: Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Industry and Trade, Health, City Police and related agencies, based on their functions and tasks, to guide, inspect and supervise Van Huong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company in organizing the management, exploitation and investment in the development of the tourist destination "Dragon Hill International Tourist Area", ensuring efficiency and sustainability, in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Dragon Hill International Tourist Area is located in Do Son Ward, owns Vung Huong Beach and Dragon Beach with the combination of sea on one side, and mountains on the other, creating a charming young water landscape. Vung Huong Beach has a 700 m long sand beach, a 40 m wide beach, and clear blue sea water.
Dragon Beach has a sandy beach of 800m long and 45m wide, the largest artificial beach in Southeast Asia to date. In particular, all white sand is transferred directly from Nha Trang, the seawater is cleaned with modern Setfil filter station technology (a continuous machine with a capacity of 20,000 m3 per night) creating a very clear blue water color, no more moss or silt.
The international tourist area of Dragon Hill to the west borders the Bang La mangrove forest with rich vegetation and biodiversity. With its unique tourism resources, the "Dragon Hill International Tourist Area" in recent years has attracted a large number of visitors: 150,000 visitors (2022), 160,000 visitors (2023), 170,000 visitors (2025) to visit and relax.
The tourist area has become a leading destination of Do Son ward, contributing to the direction of Do Son area becoming a tourism key of Hai Phong city.
