The lowest temperature during this cold spell in the North and North Central regions is generally between 11-14 degrees Celsius, with some places in the mountainous areas of the North below 10 degrees Celsius; in the area from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue, it is generally 14-17 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of the cold air strengthening, from the night of December 28 to the morning of December 29, the area from Thua Thien Hue to Khanh Hoa will have rain, showers, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10-30mm, locally over 50mm. From tomorrow, there will only be scattered rain.
Weather forecast for the afternoon of December 29, the Central region from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa will have less rain, but there will still be drizzle and cold wind in many places.
