In the North and the area from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue, the weather continues to be cold, with some mountainous areas in the North experiencing severe cold. The lowest temperature during this cold spell in the North and North Central regions is generally between 11-14 degrees Celsius, with some places in the mountainous areas of the North below 10 degrees Celsius; in the area from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue, it is generally 14-17 degrees Celsius.
The Hanoi area is cold, the lowest temperature in this cold air mass is commonly 11-14 degrees Celsius. Due to the influence of the strengthening cold air, tonight, the area from Thua Thien Hue to Khanh Hoa will have rain, showers, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10-30mm, locally over 50mm. From tomorrow there will only be scattered rain.
The Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. Residents and tourists should be on guard against thunderstorms that may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
