The southwestern sea area of the Central East Sea, the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ba Ria-Vung Tau (including Phu Quy island) has strong winds of level 6-7, the area near the storm's center has strong winds of level 8, gusts of level 10, waves 3.0-6.0m high; rough seas.
On the day and night of December 25, in the area from Binh Dinh to Ninh Thuan, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall ranging from 20-50mm, locally over 100mm. In addition, on the day and night of December 25, in the areas of Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Thuan, there will be rain, showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall ranging from 10-30mm, locally over 50mm. From December 26, heavy rain will gradually decrease.
