The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the North and North Central regions is generally from 9-12 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous areas of the North is 6-9 degrees Celsius, in the high mountains it is below 5 degrees Celsius in some places; in the area from Quang Binh to Hue it is generally 14-17 degrees Celsius.
Hanoi area is cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is commonly 9-12 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of cold air strengthening from tomorrow night, the area from Nghe An to Binh Dinh will have rain, showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms. High mountainous areas are likely to experience cold, frost and frost.
The Central Highlands and the South will have some rain. Residents and tourists should be on guard against thunderstorms that may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
