Some places in Ha Tinh, Khanh Hoa provinces and from Thua Thien Hue to Quang Ngai will have rain, with accumulated rainfall ranging from 5-15mm, some places over 30mm. There is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in many districts.
