According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, tomorrow (November 30), the North will continue to maintain cold weather at night and in the morning, with sunny weather in the afternoon. The lowest temperature will be around 16-18 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas from 12-16 degrees Celsius, in some places below 12 degrees Celsius.
During the day it will be sunny, with some places experiencing the highest temperature of 26-28 degrees Celsius. In Hanoi tomorrow it will be sunny and free of rain, with temperatures ranging from 16-25 degrees Celsius.
From around December 5-6, our country will welcome cold air strengthening in the northern provinces. There will be scattered light rain in some areas, and temperatures will drop sharply.
The area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will have some rain tomorrow. Due to heavy rain that lasted for many days before, the provinces of Ha Tinh, Khanh Hoa, from Thua Thien Hue to Quang Ngai are at risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on slopes in many districts.
The Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. Residents and tourists should be on guard against thunderstorms that may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
