According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the area from Quang Tri to Phu Yen will have moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, with some places experiencing very heavy rain with rainfall ranging from 30-60mm, and some places experiencing over 100mm. Warning of the risk of localized heavy rain (>100mm/6 hours). From noon on October 12, heavy rain will gradually decrease.
The Southern Central Highlands and the South have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 15-30mm, some places over 80mm.
In the coming days, the continental cold high pressure will weaken. On October 12-14 and from October 19-20, the sky will be cloudy, sunny during the day, with showers in many places and scattered thunderstorms in the evening. Northeast wind level 3-4, then change direction and become weak.
