Due to the influence of cold air combined with high-altitude easterly wind disturbances, from this evening to December 15, in the area from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall from 70-160mm, locally over 300mm. Warning of the risk of local heavy rain (>100mm/6 hours).
In addition, from this evening to December 12, in Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, the Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10-20mm, locally over 40mm.
