Due to the influence of cold air combined with disturbances in the upper East wind zone, from now until about December 14, in the area from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall from 80-180mm, locally over 350mm. Warning of the risk of local heavy rain (>100mm/6 hours).
