From December 19 to 21, the North will have a slight decrease in temperature, no rain at night, sunny during the day. The weather continues to be cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold.
In Nghe An and Ha Tinh tomorrow, there will be scattered rain and cold weather. The area from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa will have rain, showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms. In the North, it will be cold. Heavy rain causes the risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in many districts.
The Central Highlands and the South will have showers and thunderstorms in some places tomorrow.
