In the North, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An tomorrow there will be some rain. The night and early morning will be cold; the night of November 19 will turn cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the North and North Central regions is generally from 18-20 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas it will be below 15 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of disturbances in the upper easterly wind zone combined with cold air, the area from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh will have rain, showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms. From November 20, the rain will gradually decrease. In Ha Tinh, the night and early morning will be cold, from the night of November 19, the weather will turn cold.
People and tourists need to prepare warm clothes for early morning and late evening, have a reasonable plan for travel and outdoor activities to ensure health when the weather changes and the temperature drops.
The Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening tomorrow, with sunny days. Residents and tourists should be on guard against thunderstorms with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Offshore, super typhoon Man-yi is forecast to enter the East Sea tomorrow afternoon and continue to weaken. The center of the super typhoon is located at approximately 18.8 degrees North latitude; 112.8 degrees East longitude, in the North East Sea; approximately 220km North-Northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago.
The strongest wind near the center of the super typhoon is level 9, gusting to level 11. Moving west at a speed of 15-20km/h. On November 20, the super typhoon will gradually weaken into a low pressure area.
