From tonight to the morning of November 24, the area from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms, with common rainfall from 70-150mm, locally over 250mm. Warning of the risk of local heavy rain (>100mm/6 hours).
On November 23, in Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa, there was rain, showers, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 20-40mm, locally over 60mm. From the afternoon of November 24, the heavy rain gradually decreased.
