The North Central region is cold, the lowest temperature in this cold air mass is generally from 15-18 degrees Celsius. The Hanoi area is cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is generally from 14-17 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of cold air, tonight and tomorrow, the area from Ha Tinh to Phu Yen will have scattered rain and showers. Particularly in Ha Tinh, it will be cold. People and tourists need to prepare thick clothes and warm measures to protect their health.
The Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms tomorrow. Thunderstorms are likely to bring tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
