Hanoi City will organize a fireworks display tonight, April 27, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The fireworks display is part of the live TV show "Forever the Tourist Area", with a high-altitude fireworks display combined with low-altitude fireworks at the Thong Nhat Park Multi-purpose stage area, Le Dai Hanh ward, Hai Ba Trung district.
600 high-altitude fireworks will be launched along with 90 low-altitude fireworks displays. The fireworks display is expected to be from 9:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 27.
To see the best fireworks display, many visitors will gather in the central area of Thong Nhat Park. There will be parking lots around the park.
Visitors can park at parking lots around Tran Nhan Tong walking street such as the beginning of Tran Nhan Tong street (near Le Duan); in Thong Nhat Park at Tran Nhan Tong gate and Nguyen Dinh Chieu gate; Nguyen Dinh Chieu sidewalk.
However, prices may increase due to high demand for parking to watch fireworks from people and tourists.
Note, tonight, there are many people so the parking lot can quickly sell out, visitors should go early to have a parking space and choose a good location to watch the fireworks.
In addition, visitors can sit at cafes around Le Duan, Le Dai Hanh, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ho Thieu Quang... to watch fireworks and park their vehicles. Some coffee shops with a panoramic view in this area such as Joah, An Kinh Bac, Hanoian, Industry, Simee, O'DOUCEURS French Pastry & Bakery...
In addition, because fireworks are launched at both high and low altitudes, visitors can just choose a breathtaking location around Thong Nhat Park to enjoy the fireworks. If you are busy driving on the side of the road to admire the fireworks, visitors should pay attention to choosing a location that allows parking in accordance with regulations to avoid traffic congestion.
Because on weekend evenings, the number of people going out to walk and watch the fireworks may be very large. People and tourists should go early to have convenient seats. Use public transport and travel together to avoid overloading parking spaces and traffic congestion.
