On the afternoon of April 1, in Hanoi, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province coordinated with the Thai Nguyen Tourism Association, the Hanoi Tourism Department and Vietnam Railway Corporation to organize a conference to promote and advertise tourism in Thai Nguyen province in 2025.

Conference on developing tourism products associated with tea culture and the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen railway route; promoting and introducing the potential, strengths, destinations, attractive tourism products, unique cultural and culinary features of Thai Nguyen province on the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen railway route.
At the same time, strengthen promotion, cooperation in building tourism products, attracting investment in the tourism sector, and promoting the image of Thai Nguyen tourism to domestic and foreign tourists.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Ngoc Linh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen province, affirmed that the locality determined that tourism development cannot be separated from the development of the transportation system. In particular, railway transport is a safe and effective means of transportation, bringing visitors interesting experiences and a nostalgic and peaceful feeling.

In particular, Thai Nguyen and Vietnam Railway Corporation are actively coordinating to soon put it into tourism exploitation through the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen railway line. To create an attractive landscape along the railway line through Thai Nguyen, the province will plan and develop typical landscape tea areas, combined with seasonal flower planting.
In the coming time, in order to promote tea culture, tourism destinations and Thai Nguyen cuisine, the province will pilot a multimedia communication system on the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen train cars. At the same time, a tea culture space will be built at the lounge and terminal, combined with displaying and introducing typical local OCOP products.
Mr. Tran Trung Hieu, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism, commented that Hanoi and Thai Nguyen have a close connection in many aspects, including economy, transportation and tourism, with the common goal of promoting the comprehensive development of the whole region.

The transportation system connecting the two localities is increasingly being invested in, especially the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway, helping to shorten travel time and enhance economic, cultural and social trade.
In the tourism sector, cooperation between the two localities is increasingly expanding through joint promotion, advertising, survey and experience exchange activities to develop unique tourism products and build a favorable tourism business environment.
To make this link increasingly close and effective, Mr. Hieu suggested that Hanoi and Thai Nguyen should continue to diversify tourism products in the direction of innovation, creativity and attraction for tourists. In particular, the upcoming railway tourism product will be a highlight, contributing to promoting the unique and attractive linkage of routes from the capital to Tra.

In addition, the leaders of the Hanoi Department of Tourism also proposed that the two localities need to coordinate more closely in tourism promotion and advertising activities through communication channels, participating in major events in the industry, and expanding the domestic and foreign tourist markets.
On the side of the capital's tourism industry, Hanoi is committed to accompanying and supporting Thai Nguyen tourism activities, and at the same time inviting localities to participate in major tourism events in 2025 such as: Hanoi Tourism gift Festival (April), Hanoi Tourism Festival (May), Hanoi Autumn Festival (September) and Hanoi Ao Dai Tourism Festival (October).
The connection and coordination between Hanoi and Thai Nguyen is of great significance in the tourism development of both localities. Hanoi is committed to continuously strengthening close and effective cooperation with Thai Nguyen to promote tourism development, contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the country.
