According to the leaders of the City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Con Son Kiep Bac Festival - Autumn 2026 links festival activities with propaganda and promotion of World Heritage Sites and scenic spots of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac.
Within the framework of the Festival, the Organizing Committee will announce the World Heritage brand identity; erect a Heritage logo symbol at entrances to the relic site; apply QR codes to look up information and organize many unique cultural experience spaces. Preparation of memorial rituals, visual decoration, ensuring security and order, health, environmental sanitation and traffic diversion are synchronously and thoroughly implemented by units and localities.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Head of the Festival Organizing Committee requested the sub-committees organizing the festival to urgently develop and issue specific task assignment plans for each member, to be completed before September 7; hold a press conference no later than September 12; complete the performance script before September 15 and deploy tasks according to the set schedule.
Units proactively prepare early plans to ensure security, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, response to weather, natural disasters and arising situations.
The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested to promote propaganda and promotion of festivals and heritage values; strengthen the application of digital technology, improve service quality, price management, ensure a civilized, safe, and friendly tourism environment, and serve tourists well throughout the festival. Thereby, creating an impression of management quality and professionalism, contributing to heritage promotion, attracting tourists, implementing the goal of tourism development in 2026 and gradually building the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Site into a national tourist area.
