The system named "Skynest" will open for sale from May 18, first applied on super long-haul flights between New York and Auckland, departing from November.
The noteworthy point is that instead of only serving business or first-class passengers, this sleeper model is designed so that economy and high-class passengers can register additionally as an additional service.
Each aircraft will have 6 layered sleeper compartments, arranged on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner line. The compartments are equipped with full-body cushions, blankets and pillows, soft light, private curtains and personal charging ports.

Passengers can book 4-hour breaks throughout the flight, instead of using them throughout the journey. Each flight is expected to have 2 bookings, with a starting price from 495 NZD (about 7.5 million VND) per session.
Passengers are only allowed to bring water into the bed compartment, and are not allowed to use food. After each trip, blankets and sheets will be replaced, along with a set of personal items including blindfolds, earplugs, socks and skin care products.
The airline's representative, CEO Nikhil Ravishankar, said: "Bringing meaningful vacation opportunities to many passengers on super long flights will make the journey to and from New Zealand more pleasant.
He further emphasized: "For a remote country like New Zealand, air travel is an important factor. Tourism is an industry worth 46 billion NZD, but growth depends on whether tourists are willing to spend many hours flying.
The new seat class is designed to make the journey easier. This product demonstrates the spirit of practical innovation, while showing that thoughtful design can improve the long-distance travel experience.
